Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and sign-in information when you create an account.
• Billing: your plan, status and billing history. Card details go straight to Stripe and are never stored on this site.
• Applications and assessments: your answers about goals, training, schedule, equipment, injuries, allergies and food habits, plus your age, height and weight. This can include health information.
• Training and check-ins: the weights, reps and notes you log, and your monthly check-ins.
• Messages: what you send through the contact form, and emails you exchange with us.
• Usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected through cookies and analytics.

We do not store progress photos on this site.

How we use it

• To run your account and give you access to what you have paid for.
• To review applications and build and adjust your workout and meal plans.
• To take payments and manage your membership.
• To email you about your account, such as acceptance, new plans and receipts.
• To answer your messages.
• To understand how the site is used and to improve it, and to keep it secure.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your health information for advertising.

Who sees it

Nancy reads your applications, assessments, check-ins and training logs in order to coach you. We also use these providers to run the site, and they handle data only for that purpose:

• Clerk: sign-in and accounts.
• Stripe: payments and billing.
• Sanity: stores content, members and the information you submit.
• Resend: sends our emails.
• Vercel: hosts the website.
• Vimeo and YouTube: play the exercise and workout videos.
• Google Analytics: measures site usage.

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect people's safety or our rights, or as part of a sale of the business.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses cookies that keep you signed in and remember your light or dark theme. We also use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It sets its own cookies and receives your IP address and device details. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, or use Google's opt-out add-on. Blocking the sign-in cookies will stop the members area from working.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is active and for as long as needed to coach you, keep financial records and meet legal requirements. You can ask us to delete your account and the information you have submitted, and we will, except where we have to keep something by law (for example payment records).

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop non-essential emails, by emailing nancy@completephysiqueusa.com. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local privacy law, and we will honor them.

Security

Member information is stored in a private database that only our servers can read, and every member can see only their own plans and answers. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must apply and enroll on your behalf.
