Shaping a round booty takes a lot of work. The glutes are the biggest muscle in your body which means you have to work them hard and in a variety of ways to get them to respond.
Although squats are one of the best exercises for your legs and butt, the Donkey Kick is another effective way to work your glutes. If you don’t have a cable column, a resistance band with handles works just good.
Perform 3-4 sets of 12-15 reps on each leg. I like to finish with cable and band exercises on leg day but you can add these in wherever they work for you.
