Nancy fell in love with fitness at an early age. She began exercising at the age of 12 and started teaching group fitness classes and personal training at her local gym, in Bridgeport West Virginia, at the age of 17. When she attended college at West Virginia University, it only made sense to pursue a degree in Exercise Physiology. Throughout her undergraduate studies, Nancy continued personal training and teaching group fitness classes at several local fitness centers. While she worked with many different populations, her favorite clientele was and always has been women. Her love for helping women and women’s fitness lead her to pursue a Master of Public Health Degree with a Women’s Health Concentration. Her passion for coaching women to achieve their fitness and health goals inspired her to create Complete Physique in 2011 and she has been doing what she loves ever since.

In 2017, Nancy became a mother and her greatest achievement and most important title was cemented. She has been a “working stay at home mom”, taking care of her daughter while continuing to run and grow Complete Physique. She is determined to show her daughter anything is possible with determination and hard work and to continue to motivate other moms to be their very best self.
